At Good Citizens Eyewear, we want you to love your sustainable frames. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eyewear within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the eyewear and all original packaging, including the protective case and cleaning cloth, back into the shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund.
